Warren Law has worked in virtually all areas of the financial services sector as a General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He has worked on policy issues in the financial services sector at both the national (Canada) and global levels (i.e., with the International Federation of Bankers). As a Deputy General Manager within the ICICI Group (India’s largest non-state owned bank) and Senior Vice-President, Compliance and Regulatory & Stakeholder Relations for ICICI Bank Canada, Warren deals with a wide range of strategic regulatory issues. Warren is an Alternate Director for the Canadian Payments Association, has broad experience in chairing Independent Review Committees and currently sits on the boards of The Scarborough Hospital in Toronto and the Ontario Public Health Agency. He did his undergraduate work at the University of Toronto, has LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School, completed the Directors Educational Program at the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto) and has gone through Advanced Financial Services and Risk Management programs at Cambridge University and in Switzerland.
