Mr. Kavakama has 30 years of experience in the financial industry and IT and he joined CIP in 2002. He held several positions at GTech Brasil, NCR Brasil and Itautec, an IT company owned by Banco Itaú. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Escola Politecnica da Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from FIA, business school from Universidade de São Paulo, in partnership with Vanderbuilt University, the University of Cambridge and E.M. Lyon.
